About

I am Dr. Marysol Montes de Oca Basurto. I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of individuals with epilepsy and neurodevelopmental disorders. Throughout my professional career, I have sought to integrate two aspects that I consider fundamental: scientific knowledge about brain function and personalized, respectful, and individualized clinical care. For me, a neuropsychological assessment is not simply about administering tests. It is a process of understanding how a person functions, what is happening with their cognitive and emotional abilities, and, above all, how we can use this information to support them more effectively. My goal is to offer a professional, empathetic, and evidence-based environment where each patient and their family can feel heard, understood, and guided.
